I wanna be in the home city right now and not where I am. Trying so hard not to feel complainy about being here, but it feels like a vacation for the sake of going somewhere, and kinda like nobody actually thought through what that somewhere would be like.

HEY HEY HEY GUESS WHAT. It’s finals week but instead of doing work tonight I got really drunk and went to volleyball with my new friendly friend Alice and then we went to midnight breakfast (which is really misleading cuz it ended at midnight) and there were SO MANY PEOPLE THERE all these new faces and I realized that its just the first semester of college and there are so many more people to meet and things to experience and crazy things to happen and I’m going to miss it here so much.

You know all those times throughout life, in shitty “get to know you questionares” when you’re asked what your favorite band, book and movie are? I always said I didn’t have favorites, mainly because I A. couldn’t pick B. didn’t know and C. was horrified at the thought of someone judging me based on my answers.
I just realized I now have real true answers to all of those questions. Get at me, life.
